The cottage has two bedrooms, a double with walk in wardrobe and views over the courtyard and countryside.

A twin bedded room with views over the countryside at the rear.

A spacious bathroom with shower (over bath) and WC.

The lounge offers comfortable accommodation with a dining area. A colour TV, video, CD player and large selection of videos, books and games are in place for guests.

The modern kitchen with stunning views is well equipped and offers electric cooker with hob, fridge,freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Hopefully our guests will enjoy watching a wide variety of feathered visitors at the bird table, from the kitchen window.

A washing machine and tumble drier are available for guests in the laundry room, (together with ironing board iron etc.)

Rose Cottage has been beautifully converted from Merril Grove Farm’s original stone barns.

The warm, well designed spacious accommodation now provides attractive colour co-ordinated furnishings together with central heating and beautiful views making it the perfect place for a countryside break during any season of the year.

The cottage has a garden patio area to front and rear.

                                 TERMS & CONDITION`S

Deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £50.00 administration fee. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, Linen, Cleaning, Hot water, Central heating.

Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please try not to arrive earlier –we will still be busy preparing your accommodation, and won’t be available to welcome you.

                                             Directions

WE are 3 miles from longnor (our local village) and 8 miles from Buxton and 6 miles from leek.
If you coming up the A515 take the B5053 and follow it all the way to Longnor and turn right (the sign post says leek) and follow that road for about 3 miles and we are on the right hand side of the road with a sign outside.
Or if you are traveling on the A53 ,look for a pub called the Winking Man.
There`s a signpost with Longnor on it nearby turn in and follow it for about a 1 mile or so and we are on the left.
